Shipping and Returns

All our products are shipped via courier worldwide, shipping rates are calculated based on location and order value. All items except stickers are tracked and we will endevour to provide you with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

We please ask our customers to allow 2-3 days order processing before your item is shipped.

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

UK (3-4 days)

Europe (5-6 days)

USA, Canda, Australia and New Zealand (10- 14 days)

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.ReturnsYou have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must also be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us with your order number before returning any items at returns@shewhodareswins.com (this will ensure that your return is dealt with correctly and efficiently)

Refund 

RefundsOnce we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returneditem. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you have chosen the wrong size or want to exchange your item, please email us before posting your return at returns@shewhodareswins.com

All customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items (we do advise tracked shipping, but it is not complusary). Shipping costs are non­refundable.
